The Samuel Heath Primary Bathroom at WOW!house 2026 began with a visit to the historic Samuel Heath factory in Birmingham.
When Samuel Heath’s Technical Director, Adam Daniels, gave a guided tour of the factory to Rigby & Rigby’s Creative Director, Jason Stewart, they noticed a precision in our British brassware manufacturing that sat close to Japanese craft traditions.
That insight became the inspiration behind the bespoke brassware concept at the heart of the Primary Bathroom at WOW!House 2026.

The film follows the full arc of our collaboration with Rigby & Rigby on the Primary Bathroom, from the factory floor in Birmingham to the finished room at WOW!house 2026. Adam and Jason talk through the design process in their own words: the hand tools and rivet joints that inspired the handles, the brass, the finish, and what it means to make something that’s built to last.
