‘First fix’ or ‘rough in’ parts are usually available from stock. All other finished products are available between 4-8 weeks based on available components. We may be able to supply product sooner so please contact us if you are working to urgent timescales.

Each Samuel Heath finish has been carefully curated and requires specific care.

We recommend using only mild, non-abrasive cleaners and avoiding bleach and acidic products to preserve the finish. You can find specific care instructions for certain finishes here.

Detailed fitting instructions are available for all our products and are available to download on each individual product page.

Yes, we carry a wide selection of spare parts to prolong the life of Samuel Heath fixtures. We even hold stock of spare parts for products that have been discontinued. Please contact our technical team for more details on spare parts.
